TRUMPET

Jeff Blanchard, trumpet, has been involved in music education since 1975 when he received his Bachelor of Music degree from Bowling Green State University. After ten years as a band director, he earned his Masters in Education degree from the University of Toledo and worked as a guidance counselor at the Vanguard Career Center for 25 years, retiring in 2010.

Jeff has been an adjunct music professor for eleven years at Terra State Community College where he currently directs the brass choir and teaches trumpet lessons. He frequently appears as a soloist in the region. Jeff is very excited to be a member of the Together Band horn section.
